Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 24x7 application support across various Tesla systems through rotating shifts
  • Apply break fixes and proactive maintenance to keep services fully operational
  • Utilize advanced SQL skills to investigate and solve database-related issues
  • Evaluate and resolve technical issues raised by internal users and external partners
  • Own production problems and coordinate resolution with internal and vendor support teams
  • Collaborate with development teams to define operational and configuration requirements
  • Participate in root cause analysis and handle service failure escalations
  • Provide clear and concise documentation for system support and troubleshooting

Key Technical Skills:

.NET, C#, SQL, Web Services, .NET Core, .NET Framework, REST APIs, Dependency Injection, Agile, Unit Testing, Code Reviews, Security Best Practices

Requirements:

  • Strong experience designing and developing scalable web applications and backend services using .NET and C#
  • Ability to build client-side applications and connect them with backend web services
  • Understanding of security-first development practices, algorithms, data structures, and code modularity
  • Proficient in unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning
  • Experience working in Agile teams, participating in sprints, code reviews, and fix cycles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
